Responsibilities

- Research target customer segments and identify opportunities for customer acquisition.
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, email, social media, and other appropriate channels.
- Understand customer requirements, explain suitable solutions, and guide prospects through the next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and support solid customer relationships.




- Work with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay informed about customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- 0 years of experience; freshers with a strong interest in B2C sales are welcome.
- Clear verbal and written communication with confidence in customer conversations.
- Good listening, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive approach to customer engagement and willingness to learn structured sales processes.
- Ability to work full-time from the Kondapur, Hyderabad office.

The role offers an annual compensation of ₹6,00,000 and provides hands-on exposure to customer acquisition, consultative selling, lead generation, relationship management, and the complete B2C sales cycle.
