As a Purchase Engineer, you will drive the end-to-end procurement process, from converting purchase requisitions (PR) to managing purchase orders (PO), with a core focus on handling indirect materials, consumables, MRO and Capex requirements. Responsible for PR to PO conversion and tracking PO s to ensure Timely delivery.
Responsible for on-time delivery of materials as per the plant requirement
Ensure supplier OTD and Quality rating to meet departmental objectives and to keep inventory intact
Monitoring commodity / market trends to arrive at the price corrections
6+ years of experience in manufacturing Industry
Experience in handling indirect materials, MRO, Capex (complete plant requirement)
Proficiency in MS office / ERP tools.
