This position is part of the Talent team:
- Collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India and US.
- Manage Internal communication such as promotion of referral program.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
At least 2 years of experience in engineering recruitment is preferred; however, we are also open to fresh graduates who demonstrate strong intellectual ability, quick learning, and robust communication skills.
- Provide regular market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring analytics
