As a System Operability Engineer, you're responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems for a variety of industries, such as Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, Petrochemical and Clean Energy. Engineering for Process simulation and optimization of Industrial Plants. This includes dynamic simulation and process calculations, establishing flow charts, implementing components like pumps, compressors, turbines, heat balance, etc.
Getting involved in flow diagrams, operational concepts (poc), water steam/operating cycle, cooling water and/or air system, performance guarantees, material balances, equipment sizing, P&IDs;, PFUPS, etc.
Engaging in customizing projects to client needs. Playing supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.

Have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED
Have a minimum of 2-10 additional years of experience in Process Engineering simulations and plant level understanding in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer and other Chemical engineering domains




Simulation software expertise (UNISIM, ASPEN HYSYS)
Experience with
Gas Turbines (Good to Have)
Experience with startup, shutdown and steady state simulation of the above-mentioned products in either UNISIM or HYSYS
A basic understanding of the mechanical aspects of compression trains (shaft design, couplings, gearboxes etc.)
