Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads independently through references, networking, social media, and other relevant sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, and Mutual Fund products.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable financial solutions.
- Explain product features and benefits, address customer queries/objections, and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients for conversions, renewals, and additional business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/sales, preferably in insurance, financial services,



or related products.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Self-motivated, confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Should be comfortable with independent lead generation, as the company will not provide a ready-made database.
- Candidates should preferably be in the 22–30 age group.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates should be based in Chennai and willing to work from the Adyar office.
