We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Fashion Retail
Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
Experience: 3+ Years Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for fashion retail roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidates with a fashion retail background are preferred.
- Solid sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Experience in retail hiring and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
