We're hiring a Client & Operations Coordinator to manage client communication, track project follow-ups, and support day-to-day company coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client calls, messages, and requirement discussions
- Record client requirements clearly and share them with the concerned team
- Follow up with the technical team on task and project progress
- Update clients on project status and pending items
- Maintain records of requirements, discussions, and pending items
- Support routine administrative and organizational tasks
- Take up embedded/R&D; work as interest and time allow
Requirements
- Candidates from a technical/engineering background (Electronics, Mechatronics, ECE, Diploma in Electronics, etc.) preferred
- Valuable communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
- Confident handling phone calls and WhatsApp communication
- Strong listening and note-taking ability
- Basic knowledge of electronics/embedded systems
- Basic computer proficiency
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thrissur, Kerala 680009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
