TOUR EXECUTIVE TRAINEE.Location: Kerala Employment Type: Trainee / Internship Department: Tour Operations & Travel Services Experience: Freshers welcome About the Role is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Executive Trainee to support our tour operations, package sales, customer service and travel coordination activities. Key Responsibilities - Assist in preparing and selling domestic and international tour packages. - Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email and social media. - Prepare tour itineraries, quotations and package proposals. - Coordinate with hotels, transport operators, guides and other travel suppliers. - Assist with hotel, flight, train and other travel reservations. - Follow up with leads and maintain customer information in the CRM. - Support South India, Kerala and IRCTC rail-tour operations. - Assist customers before, during and after their tours. - Help with online marketing, lead generation and social-media promotions. - Maintain tour documents, booking records and customer databases. - Learn basic tour costing, margins, invoicing and operational procedures. - Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed tours. Tour Package Design Tour Costing Sales CRM Lead Management Customer Service Hotel & Transport Coordination Railway/Flight Booking Itinerary Planning Digital Marketing Tour Operations Candidate Profile - Minimum qualification: Degree; Tourism or Travel & Tourism qualification is an advantage. - Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam. - Basic computer and internet knowledge. - Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to communicate through WhatsApp and email. - Sales and negotiation skills are an advantage. - Freshers and tourism students/graduates with passion in career in travel and tourism are encouraged to apply.
