- Develop and implement GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize business disruptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance on governance best practices.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC programs, making recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) or related field.
- Robust understanding of Regulatory Frameworks such as ISO standards.
- Experience with Stakeholder Management and ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Proficiency in Risk Management principles including GDPR compliance.
