- Design and manage Compensation & Advantages structures, salary revisions, bonus plans, insurance, and employee benefits.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and job evaluation to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Manage compensation budgeting, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs.
- Drive HR digitisation and improve HR processes through technology.
- Design and manage performance management systems, goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Link performance outcomes with salary increments, bonuses, and promotions.
- Train managers and employees on performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback.
- Analyse performance data and prepare HR MIS reports and management dashboards.
