- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Minimum 7+ years of overall HR experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM
- Robust understanding of core HR functional processes.
- Must have experience in both Core HCM and Business Process framework in Workday modules.
- Must have experience in HR processes and hands-on experience in Workday configurations, enhancements, and system optimization
