Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 78 years of experience in RCC and finishing works for residential/commercial high-rise projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely project completion as per drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities including RCC, finishing, waterproofing, plaster, flooring, and MEP coordination.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors for smooth site operations.
- Monitor quality, safety, and material usage at site.
- Prepare DPR, work progress reports, checklists, and maintain site documentation.




- Conduct site inspections, snagging/desnagging, and handover activities.
- Verify measurements, material requirements, and contractor billing.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Knowledge of drawings, BOQ, and site execution processes.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle contractors and site teams independently.

Qualification

- BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
