Job roles & responsibilities:-
- Proven experience working with an IT/software development company is required.
- Strong expertise and hands-on experience with Upwork.
- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition through Upwork.
- Excellent proposal writing and bidding skills, with the ability to create customized, client-focused proposals.
- Solid understanding of IT/software development services, including web and mobile development, custom software, SaaS,
and related technologies.
- Ability to identify high-quality and relevant job opportunities based on our company's services.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in converting Upwork leads into qualified opportunities and successfully awarded projects will be highly preferred.
