About the Role

Icanan Technology is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and experience handling IT and/or non-IT recruitment requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, sourcing suitable profiles, coordinating interviews, managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze job requirements received from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary, and notice period.
- Coordinate technical and client interviews with candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, clients, and internal HR teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and status reports.




- Handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and online sourcing techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
