Roles Responsibilities- Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos aligned with Powerlook s brand identity.- Create video content for Instagram, YouTube, paid ads, website, app, and marketplaces.- Work on campaign videos, reels, product launches, sales creatives, influencer edits, and brand films.- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to cut, color-correct, and enhance footage.- Add music, motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and effects to elevate content quality.- Collaborate closely with creative, social media, and performance marketing teams.- Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.- Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, formats, durations).- Manage and organize video assets with proper labeling and archiving.- Ensure video and audio quality meets brand and platform standards.- Stay updated with fashion trends, reel formats, and editing styles relevant to Gen-Z audiences.- Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling and engagement.





Skills Requirements- 2-4 years of experience as a Video Editor (Fashion / D2C / Agency experience preferred). - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve is a plus). - Robust understanding of social media trends and reel culture. - Good sense of rhythm, pacing, typography, and visual storytelling. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
