Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain solid relationships with doctors.
- Meet doctors regularly and promote company products/services.
- Develop and maintain a strong doctor network.
- Achieve assigned targets and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer records.

Requirements:

- 2–6 years of experience as an MR.
- Strong doctor connectivity and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.

Languages: Fluent in Hindi, Marathi & English. (Both Written & Spoken)
Location: Prefer Navi Mumbai-based candidates. Must be comfortable travelling across
Navi Mumbai hospitals. Having their own 2 wheeler is a plus
Salary tment: 60,000 salary + 2,000 fuel allowance monthly. Screen salary
expectation in the rst call itself.
Hospital experience is mandatory: must have spent at least 3-4 years working inside a
hospital. Avoid candidates who only have generic sales, insurance, or clinic experience.




Best-t backgrounds: Doctor relations, consultant onboarding, hospital business
development, patient relations, oor coordination, hospital operations,
admission/billing/TPA coordination.

Strong preference for hospital insiders: Someone who already understands doctors,
admin teams, billing desks, TPA desks, nursing stations, and how hospital power
dynamics work.
Doctor-facing condence is critical: Candidate should be able to meet doctors
independently, explain the service clearly, and build trust without sounding like a typical
salesperson.
Existing doctor/admin contacts are a big plus: Especially contacts in Navi Mumbai
hospitals, ortho/general surgery/oncology/cardiology departments, or hospital consultant
relations teams.
Must be operationally strong: This is not only a growth role. The candidate must be able to
supervise care stewards, check evidence of grooming/punctuality/process adherence,
and handle on-ground escalations.

Should be mature and calm under pressure: families, doctors, hospital staff, and
Stewards will all call this person when something goes wrong. Avoid candidates who get
ustered, defensive, or careless.

TPA/insurance knowledge: Strong, plus if they understand cashless admission, billing,
discharge, insurance documentation, claim approval, and common TPA issues.
Stewards:
