We are looking for an experienced Citrix VDI L4 professional to provide advanced technical support and optimization for a large-scale enterprise virtual workspace environment.

Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
• VDI Performance Monitoring, Optimization & Troubleshooting
• Robust expertise in Citrix Profile Management
• Application Publishing & Delivery Management
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Studio, Director & Citrix Policies
• Enterprise-scale VDI support & troubleshooting
• Strong RCA and critical incident management experience
• Good understanding of Virtualization & Windows OS
Citrix ADC/NetScaler, FSLogix, VMware/Hyper-V, AVD, Active Directory/GPO, ControlUp/eG Enterprise, PowerShell and ITIL.
