Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through bank partnerships.

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner banks to drive business growth.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in Banca Sales or related field (Banking & Insurance).

- Strong understanding of General Insurance Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a quick-paced environment.
