ventions, strong engineering DNA, IT operations, and digital services. With current revenues of ~US$50
million (long-term contracts secured), we aim to scale to US$500 million over the next 5 years. We are
expanding our client base (domestic & global airports and related adjacencies) and enhancing our
portfolio: managed services, new digital services/products, airport services platforms, etc.
Role Overview:
We're looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. You'll get hands-on exposure to
end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting of-
fer rollouts. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in TA/recruitment within a dy-
namic, fast-paced workplace.
What You'll Do:
Source candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds.
¢Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.




¢Maintain and update candidate trackers/ATS with accurate status.
¢Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
¢Support offer letter generation and pre-onboarding formalities.
¢Assist in employer branding and campus/internship hiring initiatives.
¢Help track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, funnel conversion).
What We're Looking For:
¢Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or re-
lated field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
¢Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
¢Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
¢Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.
¢Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced setting.
¢Genuine interest in building a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.
