- 5+ years of experience in workplace safety, occupational health, HSE coordination, and Operational Excellence
- Experience in risk assessments, HIRA, safety inspections, incident/accident investigation, emergency preparedness, and HSE/OE compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Ability to conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, training programs, awareness campaigns, and OE initiatives to promote a solid safety culture.
- Proficiency in Power BI, OE dashboards, digital reporting, KPI tracking, analytical skills, data interpretation, corrective actions, stakeholder coordination, and effective communication, with a focus on continuous improvement.
