* Position: Assistant Manager / Manager (Individual Role)

* Based Location: 1. Delhi (Entire North)

2. Pune (Entire West)

3. Bangalore (Entire South)

* Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for smart lock products.
Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and emerging market trends within the region.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Channel & Partner Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators,builders.
Manage and grow existing channel partnerships while onboarding new qualified partners.
Provide partners with sales training, product knowledge, and marketing support to enhance sell-through performance.

Account Management & Sales Execution
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through deal closure.
Manage key accounts strategically,



ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners in alignment with company policies.

Reporting & Forecasting
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis to management on a regular basis

* Experience
• 5+ years of sales experience in smart lock, security, or related hardware industries products

* Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven regional sales and distribution management expertise
• Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, with strong skills in client acquisition and retention
• Negotiation and key account management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong forecasting ability
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 70% of the time).
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
