Job Description: Guidewire Technical Lead

- Lead the technical design, development, configuration, and customization of Guidewire applications.
- Define scalable and maintainable technical solutions aligned with Guidewire best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and ensure code quality.
- Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Review technical designs, code, unit tests, and deployment plans.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support production incidents.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, performance optimization,



and application stability.
- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, release planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and SDLC processes.
- Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 812 years of overall IT experience, with substantial hands-on experience in Guidewire development.
- Robust expertise in at least one Guidewire InsuranceSuite module: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
