- Design, develop, test, and verify complex digital circuits using ATPG, MBIST, and JTAG tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in hardware designs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for DFT (Design for Testability) processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues related to chip functionality by analyzing logs, waveforms, and other relevant data.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in DFT engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of ATPG, MBIST, JTAG protocols and their applications in digital circuit design.
- Experience with scanning techniques such as boundary scan testing (BIST) or built-in self-test (BIST).
- Proficiency in creating test plans, writing test cases, and executing tests on complex digital circuits.
