- Administer, monitor, and support Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Citrix VDI infrastructure and user-related issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and patching of Citrix environments.
- Troubleshoot application publishing, user sessions, profiles, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance.
- Automate repetitive administrative and operational activities using PowerShell, Shell, or Bash scripting.
- Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management for Citrix-related issues.
- Work with infrastructure and application teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
