Aora India Pvt. Ltd. is a rapid-growing nutraceutical and wellness company with cosmetics, D2C e-commerce, offline and export businesses. We are hiring an ERP Implementation Lead to plan, implement and stabilise Zoho One as our company-wide integrated ERP platform.

You will lead the Zoho implementation from requirement study to go-live, and then own ERP governance, process automation and MIS reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho One applications across procurement, production, inventory, finance, regulatory documentation, sales, e-commerce and offline operations.
- Study business processes with department heads, map requirements, and design workflows in Zoho.
- Configure and customise Zoho Books, Inventory, CRM, Creator, People, Analytics and related apps.
- Plan and run data migration, including masters and opening balances, with validation and reconciliation.
- Integrate Zoho with e-commerce marketplaces, the D2C website, payment gateways, logistics partners and other third-party systems using APIs, Deluge scripting and connectors.
- Build approval workflows, automations and custom applications in Zoho Creator to reduce manual work.
- Design MIS reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics for management, finance and operations.
- Set up user roles, access controls, data security and audit trails,



and maintain ERP governance standards.
- Train users, prepare SOPs and user manuals, and provide post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with Zoho partners and vendors on implementation milestones, issues and enhancements.
- Support compliance needs such as GST, e-invoicing and e-way bills, and export documentation within the ERP.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3 - 6 years of experience in ERP implementation or administration, with at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Hands-on Zoho One experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Odoo, ERPNext, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP B1 or Tally-to-ERP migration is an advantage.
- Good understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, inventory and finance processes.
- Working knowledge of Deluge scripting, REST APIs and integrations.
- Exposure to the nutraceutical, pharma, healthcare, cosmetics or FMCG sectors is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with all departments and with senior management.
- Zoho certification is an added advantage.
