Job Description:-
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.
- Experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
- Expertise in Agile project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in facilitating PI Planning and Agile Release Train activities.
- Ability to coach teams and drive Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
