Role & responsibilities

ales Enablement & Product Penetration

- Directly contribute to zonal sales target fulfillment by aligning training programs with commercial goals.
- Drive product-led growth by leading specialized brand, product positioning, and technical launch sessions across the network.
- Conduct market-activation programs and field accompaniment to observe sales behaviors firsthand and plug operational gaps. [1, 2, 3]

2. Training Delivery & Capability Building

- Own the end-to-end Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and structure monthly training calendars for the South Zone.
- Conduct new-hire onboarding, behavioral grooming, soft skills development, and technical/SOP compliance programs.
- Upskill network partners, retailers, or Associate Buyers (ABs) to expand their capability and revenue-generating potential. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

3. Regional SPOC & Operations Management

- Act as the bridge between Head Office (HO) leadership and the field ecosystem to ensure seamless communication flow.
- Oversee regional logistics, training centers, batches, and local vendor coordination where applicable.




- Govern data collection by maintaining rigorous MIS reporting, tracking pre- and post-training assessments, and analyzing regional performance metrics. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 6+ years of specialized experience in corporate training, field sales training, or network marketing enablement (preferred sectors: Retail, FMCG, Auto OEM, Direct Selling, or Telecom).
- Education: Bachelors Degree, Diploma, or specialized certifications in Training & Development (e.g., Train the Trainer - ToT).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and key regional South Indian languages (such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam depending on exact territory coverage) is mandatory.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to undertake extensive local and regional travel (up to 50–70% field presence).
- Core Competencies: Advanced presentation skills, data-driven analytical mindset (MS Excel proficiency), solid grooming, and cross-functional leadership
