- 3-7 years of experience in Java Full Stack, Spring boot, Frontend and Backend Software Development.
- Proficiency in React.js and/or Angular, with robust knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with basic exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate development, code reviews, and test generation.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
