Job Description Sales Team Lead [B2C Field Sales]

Role: Customer Acquisition – Field Sales

1. Role & Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for ShineLoop’s doorstep car-cleaning subscriptions across gated communities, apartments and individual houses in Chennai.
- Conduct field visits, meet residents and apartment association representatives, and introduce ShineLoop’s services and subscription plans.
- Generate leads, explain pricing and offers, and convert prospects into paying subscribers.
- Coordinate with operations teams to organise free trials and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Build relationships with apartment associations, security teams and community representatives to expand ShineLoop’s presence.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead status and customer conversion data.
- Identify new communities and residential areas for business expansion across Chennai.

2. Preferred Candidate Profile





- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, customer acquisition or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, meeting customers and travelling across Chennai.
- Good communication skills in English & Tamil;
- Target-oriented, proactive and confident in approaching current customers.
- Basic smartphone skills for lead tracking, customer registration and reporting.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence [mandatory].
