- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the courier/logistics sector.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to maintain a positive work workplace.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions plans.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee grievances and disputes in accordance with company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in HR Compliance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the courier/logistics sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
