Responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations. Candidate should ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and ISO 22000, monitor equipment and raw material utilization, reduce wastage, prepare production reports, and coordinate with QA, R&D; and Maintenance teams. Should have knowledge of production planning, process optimization, quality control, safety standards and continuous improvement.
