Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, warehouse, corporate and support functions across India.
- Manage and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and timely closures.
- Handle high-volume and multi-location hiring.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media, colleges and local hiring drives.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage salary negotiations and drive offer-to-joining conversion.
- Work closely with management and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
- Ensure critical positions are closed within agreed timelines and maintain backup candidates.

Requirements:

- 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
- Experience in high-volume hiring and team management.
- Solid sourcing, negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Retail/FMCG/warehouse hiring experience preferred.
- Strong ownership and result-oriented approach with a focus on closures and joinings.
