Kabul Flames is looking for hardworking, skilled, and responsible staff to join our restaurant team in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.

2. Chef Helper

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Utility Staff

- Responsible for cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and utility tasks.
- Keep the kitchen organised and follow hygiene standards.

2. Chef Helper

- Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Help with cutting, chopping, marination, and other preparation work.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow the chef’s instructions.
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

3. Tandoor Cook

- Experience handling a tandoor and preparing tandoori items.
- Knowledge of tandoor temperature, cooking techniques, and food preparation.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and cooking.
- Must be able to handle kitchen operations efficiently.

4. Waiter

- Take customer orders and serve food properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and table arrangements.




- Provide polite and skilled customer service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.

5. Steward

- Assist in daily restaurant service operations.
- Ensure tables and service areas remain clean and organised.
- Help with food service, table setup, and clearing.
- Support the restaurant team during busy hours.

Duty Timings

- First Shift: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Break: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Second Shift: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Salary & Benefits

- Salary will be decided based on the position, skills, and experience.
- Food and accommodation will be provided.
