- Operate a 4-meter, 400-ton CNC Press Brake Bending Machine.
- Perform heavy-duty MS sheet and plate bending as per engineering drawings.
- Understand CNC programs, machine settings, bending angles and dimensions.
- Select suitable punches, dies and tooling for different jobs.
- Check bending accuracy and maintain product quality.
- Follow machine safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Perform routine machine checks and coordinate with the production team.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in CNC Press Brake / Bending Machine operation.
- Knowledge of MS plate bending and sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand bending calculations.
- Experience with machine setup, tooling selection and quality inspection.
- Candidates with experience in heavy-duty CNC bending machines will be preferred.
