Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage branch operations, drive product sales, and ensure efficient after-sales service. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, managing service personnel, and ensuring prompt resolution of service requests, including emergencies requiring 24/7 support.

Key Responsibilities1. Branch Management

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain records of sales, service requests, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

2. Sales & Business Development

- Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop robust customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and support the conversion of enquiries into sales.
- Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports to management.

3. After-Sales Service Management

- Ensure timely and effective after-sales service for all customers.
- Attend customer complaints and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate with technical experts and service engineers to arrange on-site visits whenever required.
- Ensure that the appropriate technical personnel are dispatched to customer locations without unnecessary delays.
- Track service requests until the issue is resolved and obtain customer feedback.

4. 24/7 Customer Support & Emergency Coordination

- Ensure availability and coordination for customer service requests on a 24/7 basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Respond promptly to urgent service calls and arrange the deployment of qualified technical experts.




- Maintain an effective on-call system and coordinate with service engineers to ensure timely assistance.
- Take ownership of critical customer issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Ensure customers receive regular updates regarding service schedules and issue resolution.

5. Team & Performance Management

- Supervise sales staff, service coordinators, and other branch personnel.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with the head office, technical department, and other branches as needed.
- Maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience in branch management, sales, service operations, or a related role.
- Minimum graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage sales activities and after-sales service operations simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in a demanding service environment and coordinate 24/7 customer support, including emergency deployments.
- Ability to coordinate the timely dispatch of technical experts to customer sites.
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, email, and MS Office.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in companies dealing with technical products, industrial equipment, machinery, electrical or electronic products, or products requiring field service and maintenance will be preferred.
