We are looking for a Client Communication Executive to handle communication with our regular and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain good relationship with existing regular clients

- Communicate with new clients and convert them

- Daily calling, WhatsApp messaging and follow-ups

- Understand client needs and provide solutions

- Resolve client queries and complaints

- Maintain client data and daily reports

Requirements: Positive Communication Skills, Client Handling, Basic Computer Knowledge. Freshers can also apply.
