We are looking for a confident, professional and target-oriented Business Development Executive to develop business relationships with hotels, hospitals, schools, colleges, offices, factories, retail businesses and other organisations in Khajuraho and nearby areas.

The primary responsibility will be to connect with HR Managers, General Managers, Business Owners, Payroll Managers and other decision-makers to establish employee Personal Loan assistance partnerships across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hotels, hospitals, schools, colleges, offices, factories, retail businesses and other organisations to establish skilled relationships with HR Managers, General Managers, business owners and other decision-makers.
- Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and field visits.
- Schedule meetings and present the employee Personal Loan assistance programme.




- Develop partnerships with employers and organisations across multiple sectors.
- Coordinate voluntary employee awareness sessions with management approval.
- Generate genuine enquiries from interested employees and coordinate their loan applications through authorised DSA channels.
- Follow up with organisational contacts and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, visits, meetings, follow-ups and qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding lender eligibility, documentation and application status.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and follow applicable lending and data-protection requirements.
