- Day Shift: 11:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Generate customer bills using restaurant billing software.
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional front-end customer service.
- Assist with order coordination and communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
- Manage front-desk operations smoothly and maintain a positive customer experience.
- RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Polite, qualified, and friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous receptionist or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Training on the billing software will be provided.
