Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to develop B2B business opportunities by building relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and interior design firms for our modular furniture manufacturing and interior execution services.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and potential B2B clients.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Promote Dream Dots' modular furniture manufacturing and factory collaboration services.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to generate regular and repeat business.
- Arrange client meetings and factory visits to showcase our manufacturing capabilities.
- Follow up on leads, quotations,



and business opportunities to convert them into orders.
- Maintain a database of prospects, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and business development targets.
- Requirements0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in B2B sales, building materials, furniture, interiors, or construction will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client meetings and field visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
