We are hiring an AutoCAD Civil 3D Draftsman for engineering and U.S. real estate documentation projects in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Candidates with hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and revise CAD drawings for property layouts, site plans, and engineering documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Interpret survey data, deeds, and property records to create accurate drafting outputs.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. real estate drafting standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and title professionals to finalize drawings.
• Maintain organized digital files and drafting records.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting Technology.
• Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply, provided they have the required AutoCAD Civil 3D skills.
