URGENT: Requirement: Doccumentation Executive

Senior Executive – Import |Solar Manufacturing & Retail

Location: *Gurugram* , Haryana

Experience: 3–5 years in *Import/EXIM, with 2+ years handling imports independently*

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/International Business)

Industry: Manufacturing; Solar/Electrical/Electronics preferred

Reporting to: Manager – Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end import operations for solar cells, modules, inverters, batteries and components.

Coordinate with overseas suppliers, CHA, freight forwarders, banks and internal teams.

Manage import documentation, Bill of Entry, customs clearance, duty calculation and logistics.

Handle import payments, LC/DA/DP, bank documentation and IDPMS/BOE closure.

Verify HSN, BCD, SWS, IGST and applicable anti-dumping/safeguard duties.

Maintain shipment-wise records and calculate landed cost.

Account for import purchases, customs duty, freight and forex differences.





Reconcile import IGST with ICEGATE/GSTR-2B and support GST/EXIM compliance.

Prepare import MIS and ensure timely clearance with minimum demurrage/detention.

Required Skills

Hands-on knowledge of ICEGATE, IDPMS, Customs procedures, FEMA and GST on imports.

Valuable understanding of Incoterms, LC and international payment terms.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP and Advanced Excel.

Strong coordination and communication skills with overseas suppliers, CHA and banks.

CTC: 25k tp 35k
