You will get hands-on experience preparing delicious brownies, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cakes and other desserts, along with learning cake decoration, chocolate ganache preparation, cream whipping and professional bakery techniques. Your role will also include ingredient preparation, maintaining product quality and freshness, managing kitchen cleanliness, monitoring stock, reducing wastage, packing orders and supporting our café operations when needed.
We welcome candidates with basic baking knowledge, prior bakery experience or relevant baking training. Freshers who are passionate about baking, eager to learn and ready to take responsibility are encouraged to apply.
