We are looking for a skilled and responsible Computer Operator who has good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. The candidate should be able to handle daily office documentation, data entry, file management, and other computer-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Create, edit, and format documents using MS Word.
- Prepare spreadsheets, maintain data, and use formulas in MS Excel.
- Create and edit presentations using MS PowerPoint.
- Manage emails, send and receive official correspondence, and handle attachments.
- Maintain digital and physical files and documents.
- Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and PDF-related tasks.
- Prepare reports, letters, notices, and other office documents.
- Manage internet browsing, online form filling, and document uploads.
- Maintain proper records, data accuracy,



and confidentiality.
- Perform other computer-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

- Complete knowledge of MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, tables, formatting, sorting, and filtering.
- Knowledge of email handling and internet operations.
- PDF creation, editing, merging, and conversion.
- Data entry and document management.
- Knowledge of printing, scanning, and file conversion.
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
