Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop current customers in the pharmaceutical, chemical, engineering, and process industries.

* Visit customer sites and meet maintenance, purchase, and project teams.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mechanical seal solutions.

* Collect technical application details and coordinate with the design team.

* Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on orders.

* Develop business relationships with pump and agitator OEMs.

* Identify opportunities for mechanical seal spares, refurbishment, and maintenance services.

* Maintain customer visit reports, sales records, and CRM updates.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor competitor activities.
