Job Summary

AJS Infra Developers is looking for a skilled and creative Architectural Designer with 2–5 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, and planning. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of architectural drawings, 3D visualization, and site coordination to support the successful execution of construction projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Develop architectural designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

* Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.

* Create realistic architectural renders and visual presentations.

* Coordinate with structural engineers, civil engineers, project managers, and site teams.

* Visit construction sites to verify measurements and ensure design accuracy.

* Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.





* Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project specifications.

* Assist in material selection, design planning, and construction documentation.

* Maintain drawing records and project documentation.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design.

* Robust knowledge of architectural drawings, planning, and detailing.

* Practical understanding of construction methods and site execution.

* Good visualization, communication, and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
