Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Loan Sales Executives for our office in Burari, Delhi.

Candidates will assist customers in exploring suitable financial products, generating leads, explaining basic eligibility requirements, and helping with the application process through authorized banking and financial partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate customer leads through phone calls, online inquiries, and other permitted channels.

* Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.

* Explain loan products, basic eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures.

* Assist customers with application forms and document collection.

* Coordinate with authorized banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.

* Follow up on customer inquiries and application status.





* Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.

* Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

* Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills

* Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to use smartphones and online forms.

* Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

* Willingness to learn about loans, credit cards, and banking products.

* Target-oriented attitude and a positive approach.

* Freshers are welcome; sales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
