Initial requirement: Field Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Source and shortlist suitable sales candidates.
- Prefer experience in B2B sales, plastics, polymers, chemicals or industrial products.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until joining.
- Help us build our team as the business expands.
Engagement: Freelance / work-from-home
Payment: Per successful hire, negotiable based on experience and results.
Long-term prospect: Recruiters who consistently deliver quality candidates will receive further hiring assignments as we grow.
Interested recruiters can share their experience, proposed fee per successful hire and replacement policy.
