- Collaborates with department heads to understand business targets and design workforce strategies that support them
- Acts as a trusted coach and advisor to managers on team performance, organizational changes, and leadership
Employee lifecycle management
Execute and manage significant ELC milestone from On boarding to Exit for respective employees through HRMS and off-network HR processes HR Business Partnering
Implement all HR processes,
frameworks and initiatives for the workforce
Drive business performance and productivity through bespoke HR Interventions
Conduct periodic meetings with department to resolve people challenges & provide HR guidance
Provide HR policy guidance & implementation in the department
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Provide periodic performance management guidance to line management
Any Other Requirement:
Candidate from General Insurance industries who have handled recruitment will be given preference
