MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Strong experience in FP&A;, AOP, budgeting, forecasting, monthly MIS, and variance analysis.
• Proven expertise in P&L; ownership, EBITDA improvement, and cost optimisation at business/unit/store level.
• Strong business partnering with leadership and Operations for profitability, commercial decisions, and expansion feasibility.
• Hands-on experience in cash-flow management, financial modelling, and business performance analysis.

Our client is a rapid-growing, homegrown Indian QSR coffee and café chain, founded in 2017, with a strong presence across Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III cities. The company offers a range of coffees, signature beverages, and snacks through its expanding café network, with a focus on affordable pricing, customer experience, and scalable business growth.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead annual budgeting, AOP, rolling forecasts, financial planning, and analysis.
• Prepare monthly MIS, management dashboards, and financial performance reports.
• Drive P&L; management, EBITDA improvement, cost optimisation, and profitability analysis at business and outlet level.




• Conduct budget-versus-actual analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on business strategy, commercial decisions, and expansion planning.
• Develop financial models, feasibility studies, and payback analysis for new stores and business initiatives.
• Oversee cash-flow planning, working capital management, and funding requirements.
• Drive cost control across procurement, inventory, manpower, logistics, and other operating expenses.
• Lead the FP&A; team, strengthen financial controls, and improve reporting processes through automation.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• CA / MBA Finance / CMA / CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, and commercial finance, preferably in QSR, F&B;, hospitality, retail, or multi-location businesses.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; Power BI and exposure to fundraising/debt funding are advantages.
