Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a data-informed QA Automation Senior Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
